Chapter 1 General Terms

Purpose

This Terms of Service (referred to as "Agreement") states the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Aiple Inc. (referred to as "Company") and the Users.

Definition of Terms

The definition of terms used in this Agreement is as follows:

  1. "Service" means any service provided via the website [https://siluet.aiple.co/], PC application, and/or mobile application (collectively referred to as "Websites") operated by the Company.
  2. "User" means users who access the Websites and use the Service provided by the Company.
  3. "Paid User" means a user who has subscribed to or purchased premium features of the Service.
  4. "Content" means audio and/or video stream, recordings, graphical, pictorial, or text content, or any other content displayed, transferred, or downloaded on the Website.
  5. "Personal Data" refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  6. "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., the duration of a page visit).
  7. "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.

Notification and Revision of Terms

  1. The Company shall notify Users of the amended Agreement by posting amended terms on Websites, providing in-app notifications, or via email.
  2. In the event the Company amends this Agreement, the Company shall confirm that the User has agreed to the amendment of this Agreement. If the User does not express acceptance nor refusal of the amended Terms of Service, it will be considered that the User has accepted the amendment.
  3. A User who refuses to enter into an amended Agreement may terminate this Agreement.
